More Costs To Pay Out

Like many other business owners, I am sick of increases in the running costs of the business. Earlier this week, I have a renewal from British Gas for a further 12 months contract for electric. What I wasn’t expecting was a 28% increase in the cost per unit. Having looked around and finding I am better staying with BG, imagine my utter shock when yesterday, I got an email from them saying from next month there will be 2 additional charges added to my bill: Electricity network costs & Future low-carbon electricity costs and these combined will amount to less than £1 per day apparently!

As each day goes by, I just feel like there is no point in anyone trying to run a small business anymore! It’s just become to costly to succeed.
